Marian Chaney

Marian Chaney, MSc HRM, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the People and Culture Director at Uber Boat by Thames Clippers since April 2024. Previously, Marian held the position of Human Resources Director at Julius Rutherfoord & Co from April 2021 to April 2024 and Human Resources Operations Manager at Swale Heating Limited from February 2017 to April 2021, where a team of three HR professionals was directed to provide high-quality HR services. Additionally, Marian worked as a Senior Human Resources Officer, contributing to HR strategy and managing a team, and served as an HR Assistant Consultant at People and Transformational HR Ltd. in 2016, focusing on research related to the Future of Work and workplace innovations. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Oregon.
