Che Colford

Che Colford is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in enhancing efficiency and profitability through lean manufacturing principles. Currently serving as General Manager and previously as Operations Director at Thames Technology since September 2016, Che has a proven track record in operations management. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Interim Manager at Voith Industrial Services from June 2015 to September 2016, and over 17 years at CPI Card Group, culminating in the position of UK Operations Director. Significant achievements include the successful integration and restructuring of the Petersfield site and the implementation of methodologies such as OEE, TPM, and 5S to boost productivity.
