Mark Bailey

Mark Bailey is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software engineering, systems administration, and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Thames Valley Police since April 2021, Mark previously held roles at SII UK from January 2020 to April 2021, where expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams support, and application packaging for Windows 10 was developed. Prior experience at SSE plc from 1996 to 2019 involved IT systems administration, desktop support, and service desk analysis, alongside managing SharePoint and SCCM implementations. Mark began their career in the print and copy management sector at Office World from June 1994 to February 1996, overseeing custom printing projects and customer service.
