Adam Rollinson

Adam Rollinson currently serves as the Head of Engineering Innovation at Thames Water since February 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions in the HM Forces (Army) Corps of Royal Engineers, including Director of Operations, where responsibilities included leading a team of approximately 250 personnel and managing operational delivery and safety. Adam's extensive experience also encompasses strategic roles within the UK Ministry of Defence, where as Capability Development Manager, duties involved defining military capability requirements for a £1.2 billion program. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Battlespace Technology from Cranfield University and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol.
