Alice Murphy

Alice Murphy (Assoc CIPD) has over nine years of experience in various roles, primarily at Thames Water since July 2014, where positions include Executive Business Manager, Learning Consultant, Change Manager, Quality Analyst, Customer Assurance Lead, CSL Lead Coordinator, and CSL Co-ordinator. Prior experience includes work as a waitress at Georginas cafe and Stag Inn Pub, a Research Assistant at UCL Ear Institute, and providing administrative help at Folly Lane Medical Centre. Alice holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from York St. John University and participated in a semester study abroad program in Psychology at Union College.
