Janette Pincott

Janette Pincott is an experienced professional in change management and business readiness, currently serving as the Head of Change & Business Readiness Management at Thames Water since March 2021. Previous roles at Thames Water included Senior Business Readiness and Change Lead, and Business Readiness, Knowledge Management and Engagement Manager. Prior to Thames Water, Janette worked at SSE plc from December 2016 to September 2021, holding positions such as Business Readiness Manager and Strategic Partnership Service Delivery Manager. Janette began her career at British Gas, where roles spanned from Team Manager to Customer Service Advisor, from March 2006 to December 2016. Janette holds a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training from the University of Wales, Cardiff and a Bachelor's degree in Sport and PE from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
