Kate Sheldon Fcipd

Kate Sheldon FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as HR Director - Reward & People Services at Thames Water since June 2018, Kate has also held positions such as HR Director - Retail & People Services and Director of People Services within the same organization. Prior to Thames Water, experience at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence included roles such as Head of Talent, Engagement & Change, and Head of HR - International Functions. Initial HR experience was gained at BAE Systems and Carillion, where Kate undertook several key roles including Chief of Staff in the Group HR Director's Office and Pensions Project Coordinator. Academic qualifications include a Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from the University of Surrey and a BSc Hons in Information Management & Business Studies from Loughborough University.
