Terry Cleaver

Terry Cleaver is an experienced Project Support Officer currently working in the Housing and Planning Directorate at Thanet District Council since September 2020. Previously, Terry held various administrative and support roles in organizations such as Carbon Free Group, The Cleary Foundation, The Bay Trust, and PMC Services, overseeing tasks related to project management, account reconciliation, and customer service. Additional temporary roles include Health and Safety Administration Assistant at P&O Ferrymasters and Planning History Clerk at Shepway District Council, where Terry managed planning records and customer inquiries. Terry co-founded Dover Community Radio, serving in multiple elected positions, and has a strong educational background with a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban and Rural Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Film Radio & TV Studies, supplemented by various studies in geography and media.
