Alicia Riley

Alicia Riley is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people and talent management. Currently serving as the Head of People at Ben since October 2021, Alicia has held several significant roles, including Senior People Lead and People & Talent Lead. Alicia's previous positions include key roles at companies such as VouchedFor, where Alicia was Head of People & Talent, and Arbor Education, where Alicia also served as Head of People and Senior People & Talent Manager. Additional experience includes HR consulting at Unleashed and a managerial position at Spitfire Network Services Ltd. Alicia's educational credentials include a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate in Human Resources from Acacia Learning and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham.
