Mark Kirsch

Mark Kirsch has a strong background in hospitality management, with over 30 years of experience. Mark currently holds the position of Regional Director of Operations at Tharaldson Hospitality Management, where they have been since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as Area General Manager at Tharaldson Hospitality from October 2021 to November 2022. Mark also held the role of Opening General Manager at Tharaldson Hospitality from October 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining Tharaldson Hospitality, Mark worked as an Area General Manager at Ayers Hotels from March 2020 to October 2020. From May 2018 to February 2020, they served as a General Manager at Dimension Development. Mark began their career at Lakshmi Narayana Hospitality Group in June 2015 as a Regional Director of Operations, overseeing overall operations of four properties with annual revenues of $42 million.

Prior to Lakshmi Narayana Hospitality Group, Mark was employed at White Lodging Services as a General Manager from January 2008 to June 2015. Mark began their career in the industry at Columbia Sussex Corporation, where they held the position of Corporate Operations Manager from May 1987 to December 2007.

Mark Kirsch's education history includes a Bachelor's of Science degree in Sociology from Eastern Kentucky University, which they pursued from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Sullivan College of business in the year 1991.
