Allah Nawaz Samoo

Allahnawaz Samoo is an experienced development professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Thardeep Rural Development Programme since 2017. With a strong background in managing community institutions and building sustainable development frameworks, Allahnawaz has held notable positions including General Manager at the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund and the National Commission for Human Development. Previous roles include Social Development Specialist for the Thar Coal and Power Technical Assistance Project, and their early career featured significant contributions to Save the Children UK and Medicine-du-Monde. Throughout the career, Allahnawaz has focused on social mobilization, capacity building, and the integration of health, education, and rights-based initiatives.
