Trefor Roberts

Trefor Roberts, MBCS, currently serves as Cloud and Security Manager, working directly for the CISO since August 2022. In this role, Trefor manages a team responsible for cloud hosting across Azure and AWS, database administration, cyber security, and solution architecture. With extensive experience in IT infrastructure, Trefor held previous positions including Lead IT Cyber Security and Infrastructure Engineer at Thatcham Research from April 2011, where the focus was on topology design and resilient public offerings. Prior roles include Snr Network & Security Analyst at Direct Wines, where Trefor implemented robust network solutions, and IT Manager positions at Barco Ltd and Integralis. Trefor's career began with positions such as IT Consultant and Team Leader, contributing to a solid foundation in network design and support. Trefor holds BSc and BEng degrees from De Montfort University.
