Stephen Penfold

Stephen Penfold is the Head of Talent Development at Thatchers Cider Company Ltd, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen served as an Associate Trainer at Hamilton Mercer from September 2022 to April 2023 and as the National Contracts Manager at Concept Environmental Solutions from December 2021 to August 2022. Stephen's career at Thatchers Cider Company Ltd began in July 2015, where responsibilities included National Account Manager and Field Sales Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Reach Contact Field Marketing, where Stephen worked as Area Manager - BAT and Field Account Manager for Nestle F&B, as well as Regional Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager for Nestle. Stephen also briefly worked in Field Sales at Kellogg Company in 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Studies, both earned at the University of the West of England.
