Julie Pflum Johnson is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and retail management with a career spanning from 1994 to the present. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at That's Good HR, Inc. since 2021, Julie previously held various managerial roles at LensCrafters, Silver in the City, and several positions at Reis-Nichols Jewelers, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Borders, where Julie advanced to District Manager. Earlier experience includes working as an Employment Consultant at Noble: Dream it. Live it. and as a Probation Officer for the Marion County Superior Court. Julie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice & History from Indiana University Bloomington and holds an Indiana Academic Honors Diploma from Connersville High School.
