Lucie Spencer is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at That's Good HR, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lucie held the position of Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist at ENTRUST Solutions Group from June 2021 to April 2023, and completed an internship as a Human Resources Intern at The Backyard Gardeners L.L.C. in early 2021. Lucie's foundational experience includes work as a Final Test Technician at General Motors in the summer of 2020, as well as roles in customer service, such as Waitress at Frittatas and Barista at COFFEE JUNKIEZ. Lucie earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Indiana University Kokomo (2017-2021) and completed the Core40 curriculum at Kokomo High School (2012-2017).
