Will McCandless

Will McCandless has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Will recently joined That's it. as a Trade Marketing Manager in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BOS Brands from 2017 to 2020, where they held the positions of Marketing Manager, USA and Sales Manager, USA - WEST. At WANU Water, Will held the role of Sales & Marketing; Strategic Partnerships. Will played a key role in boosting revenue streams through unconventional sales channels and establishing repeat customers, achieving regional and nationwide listings. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Officer at Three Eye Sports from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on developing recruiting pipelines and managing brand endorsements. Will also gained experience in the financial sector, working at Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Management professional from 2012 to 2013 and at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Financial Advisor from 2010 to 2012. Will began their career as a Case Clerk at Munger, Tolles & Olson in 2007 and had an internship as a Personal Assistant at Capital Planners in 2006.

Will McCandless earned their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Southern California from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they also briefly attended The University of Queensland, studying Political Science and Government. The following year, in 2006, they enrolled at the University of Virginia to further their studies in International Relations and Affairs. Prior to their university education, in 2003, Will attended the Costa Rican Rainforest Outward Bound School, where they focused on Spanish and Leadership. Will'ssecondary education took place at Cheverus High School from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science. Additionally, Will obtained several certifications, including the Series 7 from FINRA in January 2010, the Series 66 from FINRA in December 2009, and a Life & Health Insurance License from the California Department of Insurance in August 2009.
