Joshua Biddle

Joshua Biddle is currently the TN Program Manager at THC, Inc. Joshua previously worked as a Senior Right of Way Agent at Emerald Energy and Exploration Land Company and as a ROW Agent at Tennessee Department of Transportation. Before that, Joshua was a Probation Officer at Tennessee Department of Correction. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from South College, an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Walters State Community College, and a High School Diploma from Carter High School.
