Gathelyn Oliver

Gathelyn (Gay) Oliver currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit at Tennessee Housing Development Agency, overseeing internal control, regulatory compliance, and governance processes for mortgage loan portfolios. With a background in account management and technology solutions, Gathelyn has also held roles in external review/contract monitoring and as an account executive at various companies including RANDA Solutions and Beacon Technologies. Gathelyn holds an MBA in Management from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance/Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.
