Greg Gentile is an experienced professional with a strong background in education and operations management. Currently serving as the Global Customer Experience Manager and Content Editor at WatchBox and The 1916 Company, Greg oversees the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees while managing the global implementation of process changes.
