Greg Gentile is an experienced professional with a strong background in education and operations management. Currently serving as the Global Customer Experience Manager and Content Editor at WatchBox and The 1916 Company, Greg oversees the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees while managing the global implementation of process changes. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Engagement at TKKR, where Greg designed an operations system for luxury watch transactions using NFTs, and ELA Teacher and Curriculum Designer at KIPP Massachusetts. Throughout a diverse career, Greg has also worked with the NYC Department of Education, grown a tutoring business, directed programs at Camp Herrlich, and contributed to The Good Five Cent Cigar as Managing Editor.
