Jessica Desbets is the Director of Regional Operations & Service Delivery for the Midwest at The 20 MSP - Your Managed IT Department. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions in operations and account management at companies such as Vestwell, U.S. Computer Connection, PORCELANOSA GRUPO Kitchens, Bathrooms, Wardrobes, THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP, and Digital First Media and Connecticut Magazine. Jessica has a background in media consulting and holds a degree from LIM College.
