Luke G is currently the R&D Manager at The 20 MSP. Prior to this, they were with Roland Technology Group for three years, where they were Team Lead - NOC. In this role, they oversaw customer onboarding projects, NOC remote monitoring and management, and was responsible for network administration, including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems, web servers and applications support. Luke has a proven track record of identifying clients' business needs and recommending solutions to make operations more efficient. Luke is known for their excellent communication skills and for always exceeding clients' expectations.
