Michael James

Michael James, MPS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Michael is currently serving as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at The 360 Companies, where they oversee talent management for logistics, IT, technical, and transportation sectors. Prior to this, they worked at Woodward, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, leading the design and development of electro-mechanical systems for Smart Defense applications. Michael also held the position of Director of Employee & Labor Relations at Keolis North America Inc., a leading provider of passenger transportation services. Before that, Michael served as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Coast Dental, managing a multi-unit practice and overseeing compensation planning, recruiting, and labor relations. Additionally, they worked at Aramark as a Senior Manager of Employment Practices, providing guidance on compliance with employment laws and policies. Their previous experience also includes a managerial role at Time Warner Cable, where they led a team of HR specialists and provided support to multiple locations.
