Country Operations Team

The Country Operations Team at The 410 Bridge is responsible for implementing and overseeing all community development initiatives in their respective countries. Each Senior Country Director coordinates programs in education, water, discipleship, health, and economic empowerment, ensuring that projects align with the organization's mission to restore dignity, purpose, and freedom in rural, developing communities. This team serves as the bridge between local needs and the organization's resources, executing strategies that combat extreme poverty effectively.
