Ryan Allis

Ryan Allis (RAllis) graduated from Indiana University with a Master of Science in Bioinformatics, and then moved West to work in drug design for a biotechnology company in San Diego, CA. It would be nearly a decade before Ryan entered the beer industry as Director of Sales & Distribution for The Fat Cat Beer Company. His first impression of the industry was a lasting one, and in 2016, Ryan co-founded Protector Brewery, San Diego’s 1st Organic Beer Company. It was at Protector Brewery in 2018, that Ryan first met Pulkit, and joined him in building The 5th Ingredient.
