Jody Saunders

Jody Saunders is the Co-Founder and CEO of Atara Partners, leading advancements in Executive Search since August 2020. Jody also serves as an Ambassador for Tech Talent Charter and is a Founding Member of The 93% Club. In January 2024, Jody will take on the role of Business Mentor with Future Leaders. Previous leadership experience includes positions as COO at 360Leaders Executive Search and Business Development Director at Abtran. Early career roles include Operations Director at HCL plc, Director at SWP Consulting, and Contract Relationship Manager at Bluecare. Jody holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire and has completed studies at Great Baddow High School.
