Helen Pullen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Helen is currently working as the Chief Product Officer for AA-X at The AA since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Group Digital and Customer Experience Director from June 2019 to April 2022. Helen also worked as the Head of Connected Services from December 2017 to May 2019 and as the Product Director for Roadside & Transformation from October 2015 to November 2017. Helen has also held positions such as Head of Group New Product Development, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager at The AA. Before joining The AA, they worked at British Gas as a Propositions Manager and at Centrica as an Assistant Brand Manager.
Helen Pullen obtained a BSc in Food Science from the University of Nottingham, completing their studies between 1997 and 2020. Additionally, they pursued an MSc in International Marketing and Economics at Newcastle University from 2000 to 2001. Helen also acquired additional certifications including a Postgraduate Marketing Diploma from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2002, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2019. Helen is currently enrolled in the Leap Academy: Product Owner Accelerator program offered by McKinsey & Company.
