Jen Cruse

Jen Cruse is an experienced professional in technology and change management, currently serving as the Technology and Change Director at The AA since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jen held multiple senior positions at Avis Budget Group from June 2017 to January 2023, including Senior Director of Performance and Strategy and Senior Director of IT PMO, focusing on enhancing consumer-facing applications and driving customer experience digitization. Jen's tenure at Avis Budget Group International from February 2004 to June 2017 included roles as Director of Application Delivery and Performance, Programme Manager, Project and Portfolio Manager, and Product Development Manager, all aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Management Science from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained in 2003.
