Kevin Tubb has extensive experience in customer value management, marketing, and retention. Kevin most recently worked at The AA as the Director of Customer Value Management & Group Customer Marketing. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Customer Value Management and Head of Customer Retention at The AA. Before joining The AA, Kevin worked as a Director and Principal Consultant at CVM People: Consulting & Resourcing Services. Kevin also has a strong background in telecommunications, having worked at Vodafone as the Head of Customer Base Management, Head of Commercial Management, Business Manager to the CEO, Senior Product & Proposition Manager, and Retention Manager. Early in their career, Kevin held positions at O2 UK as the Retention and CRM Manager and Customer Development Manager. Additionally, they serve as a Non-Executive Director at Kid-A.
Kevin Tubb attended Aston University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial and Administrative Studies with a focus on Strategy & Marketing. In 2003, they pursued a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing at Leeds Beckett University, completing it in 2004. Following that, Kevin enrolled in Alliance Manchester Business School in 2004 and completed their Master's degree in Marketing Management in 2005. Most recently, in 2022-2023, they attended the Digital Marketing Institute and obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.
