Nikhil Thakare

Nikhil Thakare has a strong background in the technology and software industry. Nikhil began their career as a Software Engineer at KPIT in 2009 and later worked as a Senior Software Engineer at HSBC Softwares India Pvt Ltd from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Zensar Technologies as a DevOps Consultant and remained in that role until 2020. In the same year, they also became a DevOps Ambassador at the DevOps Institute, where they proudly contributed to the elite community. Nikhil then joined The AA as a DevOps Lead in 2023 and quickly progressed to the role of Principal DevSecOps Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Digital DevSecOps at The AA. Throughout their career, Nikhil has demonstrated a strong expertise in digital technology, cloud, security, and DevSecOps.

Nikhil Thakare received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Badnera. Prior to that, they attended Dnyanmata English High School in Amravati.
