Robert Bradley

Robert Bradley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the education and training sector. Robert has held various roles, starting in 2000 as a Programme Manager for Uniformed Public Services at Guildford College Group, where they were responsible for setting up and managing courses. Robert later became a Lecturer in Uniformed Public Service at Bracknell & Wokingham College, teaching and assessing modules in Government and Politics and Responding to Emergency Incidents.

In 2003, Robert joined Bracknell Forest Council as an Adult Education Teacher, teaching various IT-related courses and ensuring individual learning needs were met. Robert continued this role until 2016.

From 2010 to 2014, Robert worked as a Curriculum Compliance Officer at Nacro, where they developed and oversaw the education program, identified training needs, and evaluated the provision.

In 2001, Robert started working at Pearson as a Centre Quality Reviewer, Standards Verifier, and External Verifier. Robert audited assessment quality assurance processes and provided support for quality improvement in schools, colleges, and work-based learning providers.

Robert's work at UTC Reading involved various roles from 2017 to 2021. As Director of Business & Computing, ITTCo, they were responsible for the coordination and submission of grades and quality assurance within the department. Robert also worked as a Teacher of Computing and Mathematics and a Professional Qualifications Coordinator, promoting and embedding professional qualifications within the curriculum.

Their most recent role, starting in 2022, is as the Head of Computer Science and Digital Learning at The Abbey School, Reading.

Robert has had various successes throughout their career, including supporting institutes of technologies and universities with implementing certifications, introducing certifications into colleges and universities, and re-introducing certifications into local technical colleges and universities. Robert has also benchmarked qualifications against national curricula and contributed to the development of educational programs and content.

- In 2000 to 2001, they studied at the University of Greenwich and earned a Certificate in Education.
