Jessica Bahr

Jessica Bahr is a seasoned journalist and digital editor with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as Deputy Digital Editor at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since August 2025, Jessica previously held the role of Digital Editor and Journalist at the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia from April 2022 to August 2025. Jessica's career began at the Dalby Herald as a Cadet Journalist, followed by roles at the Sunshine Coast Daily and the Caravan Industry Association of Australia, where responsibilities included media coordination and social media management. With early internships at major outlets such as the ABC and Channel 10, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The University of Queensland, alongside a Political Science degree from Stony Brook University.
