The Management Team at The Abilities Connection (TAC) oversees and coordinates the organization’s various functional areas to ensure smooth operations and the fulfillment of its mission. This team focuses on strategic planning, commercial enterprise management, operations oversight, human resource administration, and habilitation services to support nearly 300 individuals with disabilities. By aligning efforts across marketing, commercial contracts, employment opportunities, and community engagement, the Management Team ensures that TAC provides safe, inclusive, and empowering environments for all its participants.
