Krista Reed

Krista Reed is an experienced educator and consultant with a robust background in special education and student support services. Currently serving as Program Director at The Ability Challenge since May 2025, Krista previously worked as a Consultant at Mass Insight Education & Research and held a role in School Support at the SELF - Special Education Leader Fellowship. Notably, Krista has a history of leadership at FirstLine Schools as Director of Student Support Services and experience as both a Curriculum Specialist and Director of Special Education in prior positions. Krista's expertise encompasses improving outcomes for students with disabilities and enhancing compliance practices in educational settings, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Drew University.
