Michael Johnson is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in growth and e-commerce. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Growth and E-Commerce at The Absorption Company since August 2025, Michael has held key positions at various organizations, including Vice President of Growth at Everyday Dose and Head of Growth at ARMRA. While at Heyday, Michael successfully developed the DTC department post-acquisition, leading cross-functional teams and implementing sophisticated A/B testing frameworks. Previous roles include Vice President of Growth at ZitSticka, where Michael built and led high-performing teams, developed innovative marketing strategies, and contributed to the company's acquisition by Heyday.
