James Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James started their career at The Advisory Board Company in 1998 as the Director of Desktop Operations, where they managed a six-member team and served as an IT liaison to various departments. In 2005, they became the General Manager of Monte Paraiso Golf Resort, overseeing the daily operations and development of a residential complex worth over $80 million. From 2008 onwards, James worked at The Health Management Academy as the Vice President for Technology Executive Forums, Big Data & Cybersecurity Collaboratives. In this role, they were accountable for the creation, management, content, and growth strategy for C-suite executive forums and multi-disciplinary collaboratives. Overall, James has demonstrated expertise in leadership, operations management, and IT-related projects throughout their career.
