Jenny Vandrovec

Jenny Vandrovec has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jenny is currently serving as the Vice President of New Product Development at The Health Management Academy since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, starting as a Lead Associate in January 2014 and eventually progressing to the position of Senior Associate. Their roles at Booz Allen Hamilton included Cybersecurity Strategy and Advisory, Disinformation Advisory, and Commercial Strategy and Advisory. Before joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Jenny worked at DaVita as an Acute Regional Operations Director from June 2011 to October 2012 and as a Director of Strategic Development from September 2009 to May 2011. Jenny also worked briefly as a Redwood Summer Associate at DaVita in 2008. Prior to their time at DaVita, Jenny worked at Biogen Idec as a Sr. Sales Analyst II from July 2004 to May 2007 and at Trinity Partners as an Associate Consultant from September 2001 to June 2004.

Jenny Vandrovec obtained an AB degree in Neurobiology from Harvard University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Then, they pursued an MBA from Harvard Business School from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Jenny Vandrovec has a certification in Change Management, obtained from The Georgetown McDonough School of Business.
