EDI Lead For Disability And Neurodiversity at The Academy of Medical Sciences

Rachel Fleming serves as the EDI lead for Disability and Neurodiversity and Public Engagement Officer at The Academy of Medical Sciences since November 2021. At UCL, Rachel is engaged as a PhD student, having been associated with the institution since October 2015. Previous roles include Sales Assistant at Ede & Ravenscroft from June 2011 to October 2015, Chapel Clerk and Teaching Assistant at St Catharine's College Cambridge from August 2012 to July 2015, and a Teaching Assistant for the Easter Science Masterclass at Pembroke College Cambridge in April 2013. Rachel Fleming holds a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences with a focus on Physiology, Development, and Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2015. Early education includes attendance at Colchester Royal Grammar School and Philip Morant School and Technology College.
