Tina Miller

Tina Miller serves as the Chief People Officer at The Accel Group, bringing extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Previously, Tina held the positions of Director of Human Resources and Director of Operations at the same company. With a foundation in human resources as a Human Resources Specialist at Waverly Health Center, Tina also worked as a Program Coordinator for Volt at John Deere Waterloo Operations. Additionally, Tina began a career at John Deere as a Technical Assistant in Drivetrain & Hydraulic Systems Engineering. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources at the University of Northern Iowa, Tina has been dedicated to professional development since 2004.
