During this time, among his clients were some of the largest companies in the world, such as, GM, Kodak, IBM, Shell, Exxon, Motorola, Lucent, Georgia Pacific, Schering-Plough, Nestle, ITT, Compaq, and H-P.

Jim and Accelerx have a history of working closely with clients to provide practical solutions to focus organizations on the issues that matter and ensure continued, sustainable growth. Together with his brother, Ken, Jim began developing Accelerx in 2004 to specifically address the challenges that growth companies experience. Accelerate has over 50 years of combined experience working in and with growth organizations. With the increasing reliance on business systems and processes as a key determinant for successful, sustainable growth, Accelerx provides their clients with a unique combination of skills and experience, along with a set of practical solutions to address their client’s needs that result from growth.
