Fatima's experience also includes remuneration management at NSW Treasury Corporation, compensation consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, and total rewards management at Salesforce, Honeywell, Optus, Unisys, and Rabobank. Education includes a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney and a Leadership Program from Melbourne Business School.
