Kate Bowman

Kate Bowman currently serves as the Global Employee Success Business Partner for Customer Success at The Access Group, starting in July 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where Kate held the positions of HR Leader for AWS ProServe EMEA and Principal HR Business Partner for People Experience HR from June 2020 to July 2023. Previous engagements involved serving as Senior HR Manager at Amazon UK Services Ltd and Amazon UK, with a focus on employee experience. Kate also worked as Head of HR at Gatwick Airport Ltd, managing a large workforce, and held senior HR positions at P&O Ferries, Rank Hovis McDougall, and DPD UK Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Business Studies/Human Resources and a CIPD certification in Human Resources Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
