Kim Waring

Kim Waring (Assoc CIPD) is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as HR M&A Project Lead at The Access Group since March 2013, where responsibilities include enhancing employee experience, providing leadership coaching, and managing change in newly acquired teams. Kim's diverse experience spans various HR roles, including HR Adviser and HR Assistant, focusing on employee relations, integration processes, and administrative support. Prior to this, Kim worked at Dixons Retail, starting as a cashier and progressing to a Knowhow Leader, overseeing customer service operations. Kim holds a Diploma in CIPD Level 5 HR Management and a Certificate in CIPD Level 3 Human Resources & Practice, along with a BTech Diploma in Performing Arts.
