Martina Cronin has over 15 years of experience in customer success and project management across various industries. Currently, at The Access Group since January 2015, Martina has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Customer Success and VP Customer Success, overseeing customer engagement and satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as an EMEA Implementation Project Manager at Concur Technologies, where project management of software implementations was key. Earlier roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer involved significant project work as a Senior Finance Systems Analyst and Finance Systems Support Manager, focusing on system upgrades and team management in finance technology. Martina began their career as a Support Manager at Limes Software Ltd and holds a National Diploma in Computing from Cork Institute of Technology.
