Pat S. is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Head Of Legal at The Access Group since November 2016, Pat has also held roles as a Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer and Legal Consultant. Prior to this, Pat worked as a Solicitor at Keegan Alexander from October 2013 to August 2016 and at Bell Gully from March 2011 to September 2013. Pat holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Otago and a Master of Laws (LLM) from The University of Auckland.
