Rebecca Jones

Rebecca Jones is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at The Access Group, where Rebecca oversees payment solutions for B2B and B2C. Prior to this role, Rebecca held key positions at Comma as Head of Customer Success and at Trade Ledger™ as Head of Strategic Accounts for the UK, Ireland, and EMEA. Rebecca has extensive experience in global client management from the tenure at RBC Capital Markets and HypoVereinsbank, where strategic account management was emphasized.
