YZ Wong serves as the Head of Revenue Ops & Chief of Staff for APAC at The Access Group since April 2023, following a seven-year tenure at Adobe where roles included Director of Global Sales Excellence and Head of International Sales Excellence. YZ Wong's expertise encompasses sales productivity, strategic initiatives, data analytics, and change management across multiple regions including APAC and Japan. Prior experience includes significant contributions to Tableau as a Sales Alignment Analyst and Business Development at AsiaPac Distribution Pte Ltd. YZ Wong holds an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, an Executive MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing from Singapore Management University.
