Leila Howell, MOL, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in multiple roles within the manufacturing and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at The Accounting Lab since August 2021, Leila previously held positions including Human Resources Manager at Powder Cote II and Integrity HR Services, LLC, overseeing employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
