Michael Ehrhardt is an experienced professional in educational and support services, currently serving as Therapeutic Support Staff 2 at The Austin Centers for Exceptional Students since March 2017. In this role, Michael focuses on teaching middle school students essential behaviors and coping skills to enhance their emotional well-being and academic success, adhering to individualized education programs. Previously, Michael was a Substitute Teacher at Arizona Autism and worked as an HCBS Provider, offering respite care and assistive services to individuals with developmental delays. Additional experience includes sales roles at U-Haul International and Players Music Accessories, as well as a Youth Care Worker position at the Youth Development Institute. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College.
