Heidi Waterstradt

Heidi Waterstradt is an experienced educational leader with a focus on instructional leadership and professional development. Currently serving as Coaching Impact Lead and System Partner at Achievement Network since February 2021, Heidi collaborates with system leaders to analyze needs, develop strategies, and implement effective plans for continuous improvement. Prior roles include Director of School Leadership Development at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where Heidi designed and monitored principal development sessions, and Managing Director of Teaching & Learning at KIPP Tulsa Public Charter Schools, leading a talent development strategy. Throughout a progressive career, Heidi held various positions at KIPP SoCal Public Schools, including School Leader and Dean of Instruction, achieving notable academic success. Heidi began their career as a teacher in the NYC Department of Education, providing dynamic instruction and contributing to professional development initiatives. Heidi holds a Master of Science in Education from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Loyola University Chicago.
