Katrina Archibald

Katrina Archibald has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. Katrina started their career at The Acquisition Group in 2012, where they served as a Senior Marketing Consultant and a Recruitment Specialist. Katrina then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager and later became a Recruitment Specialist Team Lead. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Program, Strategy, and Engagement Manager. In 2019, they became the Manager of Operations - Compliance and Engagement. Their most recent role at The Acquisition Group is Associate Vice President - People and Operations, which they have held since December 2020.

Katrina Archibald attended Capilano University from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Psychology for two years. In 2012, they also took a prerequisite class in Community Counseling Skills at Vancouver Community College (VCC). Additionally, in January 2019, they obtained a certification in "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience" from LinkedIn.
